Unfortunately, Grand Design doesn't list the shackle length but I believe what you have is 2-1/4". This measurement is from center of hole to center of hole, or as you said the bolt centers. So assuming your bikes weighed each 70 lb plus the weight of the carrier which is 60 lb this would put you at 200 lbs total which is less than the tongue weight capacity of the etrailer RV bumper hitch part # e38HR which is rated for 350 lb tongue weight.

There are not extra wet bolts with the Lippert Tandem Axle Equa-Flex AP Kit # LC64FR.
Three are for hanging the leaf springs and equalizer one one side, and the other three will be for the other side. I checked with Trailair/Lippert and they state that the Trailair pin box part # LC158778 weighs 185 and can be done as a DIY project but you'd need either one really strong friend or two reasonably strong friends to hold the pin box while you bolt into in place. Or if you had access to someone who is forklift certified who could lift it into place while you bolt it in. That's how we do it here.

I reached out to Hydrastar and they are very familiar with disc brakes on your 2018 Grand Design Momentum toy hauler. They said Grand Design typically gets their axles with 9/16" studs of which we only have the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers # HYD54FR you found. These have the integral hub/rotor selection and we do not have any slip on options for the 9/16" studs. The amount of space needed is going to vary depending on the spring that you use. If you use the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System Light-Duty Trailers 1,000 lbs # TTRA1702, those springs are only 2-3/4" tall so you can get away with fairly minimal clearance.

The formula you used is only a guess and wouldn't be an accurate way to determine your trailer's actual pin weight since it's a triple axle toy hauler. The only way to get an accurate number would be to measure at highway weigh station. You'll hook up to the trailer and drive onto the scale with only the 4 wheels of the truck sitting on the scale.
